Another beautiful day in SF. I went out and just walked and walked. Mostly at 85 steps/min and resting whenever I felt like, meandering through Union Square to my old neighborhood in SOMA and checking out the new Apple Store for the first time. Then I stopped at the Pharaoh's Mediterranean to refuel on the way back. (Excellent Falafel for $6). It must've been close to 3 miles, though Polar Beat said more. Even the cabbie who nagged me to walk faster couldn't spoil the day. Who knew life could be this good? All CFS patients should get the improvement I got.
After a day of rest tomorrow, I shall take my campaign to the Fillmore neighborhood of Lower Pacific.
